Russia says Ukraine violated pause on energy infrastructure strikes 10 times in past day, Ifax reports
MOSCOW, April 17 (Reuters) - Russia's Defence Ministry said on Thursday that Ukraine had carried out 10 attacks on Russian energy infrastructure over the past day, violating a U.S.-brokered moratorium on such strikes, Russian news agency Interfax reported.
Both Russia and Ukraine have repeatedly accused each other of violating the pause on energy strikes since it was agreed last month.
