Kazakhstan says oil output down 3% in early April from March
MOSCOW, April 14 (Reuters) - Kazakhstan's energy ministry said on Monday that the country's oil production declined in the first 13 days of April by 3% from March's average, confirming an earlier Reuters report.
The ministry did not provide specific figures and declined comment on which companies contributed to the decline, referring further queries to those companies.
