Freeport McMoRan CEO says copper industry needs more shared mine deals
SANTIAGO, April 8 (Reuters) - The copper industry needs to do more sharing deals like the recent Codelco-Anglo American partnership at Andina and Los Bronces in Chile, said Freeport McMoRan CEO Kathleen Quirk on Tuesday.
"We need to do more of those types of deals where we're sharing essentially," she said at the CRU copper conference in Santiago.
