Russian central bank warns US tariff hikes can slow global economy
MOSCOW, April 2 (Reuters) - U.S. tariff hikes may slow down the world economy, and oil prices could be lower than forecast for several years as a result of reduced global demand, the Russian central bank said on Wednesday.
