REPORTS SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE ON A PROCESSING UNIT THAT CAN POTENTIALLY EXCEED THE CO 5000 LB/24HR AND SO2 500 LB/24HR REPORTABLE QUANTITY (RQ)LIMIT WILL BE CONDUCTED AT BIG SPRING, TEXAS REFINERY FROM MARCH 22-26
SAYS OPERATIONS WILL REDUCE UNIT RATES TO A SAFE MINIMUM AND FOLLOW PROCEDURES TO MINIMIZE EMISSIONS WHILE KEEPING THE UNIT OPERATIONS STABLE
REFINERY CAPACITY: 73,000 BARRELS PER DAY
