The Company is formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses. The Company expect to concentrate its opportunities in the following sectors: Sports, including professional and semi-professional sports franchises, leagues, academies and youth sports platforms, sports media and sponsorships, sports agencies, sports technology and data, and sports-related consumer brands; Hospitality and leisure, including restaurants, food halls, hotels, resorts, destination and experiential entertainment concepts, live events, and related consumer services; and Real estate, with a particular interest in sports- and hospitality-anchored, mixed-use real estate developments (including stadium, arena and entertainment-district projects). The Company has conducted no business operations and have generated no revenues.
