Interface Q2 2026 earnings: Gross margin reaches 45% with a tariff refund boost

Interface’s fiscal Q2 2026 net sales rose 5.4% to $395.7 million, while diluted GAAP EPS increased to $0.88 from $0.55. GAAP gross margin reached 45.0%, up 560 basis points, with $15.6 million of IEEPA tariff refunds contributing 393 basis points to adjusted margin expansion. Adjusted EBITDA grew 35.2% to $87.7 million. Interface also raised its full-year sales range to $1.455 billion-$1.485 billion and its adjusted gross margin outlook to 40.6%, based on first-half performance and a robust backlog.
