Its lead program, NXC-201 is a next generation CAR-T targeting B-cell maturation antigen. CAR-T cell therapy is a type of immunotherapy that uses the patient’s own immune cells, modified with its proprietary technology. Its N-GENIUS cell engineering platform with EXPAND technology has produced clinical-stage CAR-T NXC-201, targeting B cell maturation antigen, which is autologous CAR-T being developed to treat AL Amyloidosis.
