Axios reports President Trump said he is seriously considering a renewed large-scale military strike on Iran, including attacks more severe than during the “Epic Fury” action.
He said the choice would have consequences, has not been finalized and no deadline has been set. Two U.S. officials confirmed no orders have been issued and no new directives have been sent to the military.
Trump said Israel would join “in two minutes” if asked but that the U.S. “does not need anyone”; he warned Israel would face “consequences” if it participated, implying potential Iranian retaliation.
