Iran Warns It Will Retaliate If US Strikes Infrastructure

An Iranian military source warned that if the US attacks Iranian bridges or power plants, Tehran would retaliate by striking infrastructure and bridges across the Middle East, including energy facilities with US interests.
The comment was a direct response to President Trump’s recent warning that the US would destroy a bridge or power plant for each attack on ships in the Strait.
The source said vessels that coordinate with Iran and follow its arrangements can transit the Strait of Hormuz safely; otherwise Iran will maintain its determination to control the strait, which it says is vital to its long-term security.
