BASICSEMI is a Chinese enterprise engaged in third-generation semiconductor power devices, focusing on the research, development, manufacturing and sales of silicon carbide (SiC) power devices. Verified by Frost & Sullivan, the company is the only domestic player in China that integrates full-spectrum capabilities covering SiC chip design, wafer fabrication, module packaging, as well as gate driver design and testing.
It ranks among China’s first batch of manufacturers to mass-produce and deliver SiC products for new energy vehicles (NEVs), which represent the largest end-market for silicon carbide semiconductors.
