AeroVironment rocketed over 20% in premarket trading. The company delivered a Q4 beat with adjusted EPS of $1.84 and revenue of $641.6 million topping estimates, and noted a $1.2 billion funded backlog.

Situational Awareness LP filed an initial beneficial ownership statement for SharonAI Holdings Inc., reporting 1.7 million shares of Class A ordinary common stock. SHAZ surged over 14% in prenight trading.

Space stocks jumped in overnight trading. Momentus up over 5%; Rocket Lab up 4%; Redwire, Intuitive Machines, Ondas up around 3%.
