Dow Jones Industrial Average jumped more than 1% in morning trading. Caterpillar rose 5%; Honeywell rose 4%; Sherwin-Williams, Merck, and Johnson & Johnson rose 3%; UnitedHealth, JPMorgan Chase, American Express, Amgen, 3M, and Visa rose 2%.
