FSS governor Lee Chan-jin said at a Monday press briefing that persistent retail demand for high‑risk products has prompted consideration of targeted stabilizing measures for single‑stock leveraged ETFs, citing intensifying adverse side‑effects.
Lee added the Financial Supervisory Service is investigating an allocation failure by Future Asset relating to SpaceX IPO shares to prevent recurrence and protect investors.
