US Official Says Wording Of US-Iran MOU Should Not Be Overread

A US official told CNN the wording of the US-Iran memorandum of understanding should not be overinterpreted and called the document a "political document."
"More important than the text itself is the consensus between us... We chose wording that allows Iran to express the views it needs for its domestic politics," the official said.
