Stock futures slip in overnight trading Tuesday following a winning session for major averages.

SpaceX extend gains, rising over 8% in overnight trading. SpaceX has raised $85.7 billion in its U.S. initial public offering after underwriters exercised the "greenshoe" option, the rocket, AI and internet company founded by Elon Musk said on Monday.

Chip stocks edge lower across the board in overnight trading. Intel dropped 1.7%, while TSMC and AMD both slipped 0.7%. ASML shed 0.5%, and Nvidia ticked down 0.4%.

Storage tech stocks slide across the board overnight. Micron dropped 1.5%, while SanDisk and Western Digital shed 0.8% and 0.7%, respectively. Seagate Technology ticked down 0.4%.
