Cloud, Software Shares Surge Pre-market; Intel & AMD Dip; Nio, Xpeng, Li Auto Release May Delivery Data

Cloud computing stocks soared in premarket trading. IBM and ServiceNow soared 8%, Hewlett Packard Enterprise jumped 7%.

Software shares jumped in premarket trading. Salesforce.com jumped 5%, Microsoft jumped 3%, Snowflake and Palantir Technologies Inc. jumped 2%.

NVIDIA is entering the PC market with a new chip aimed at loosening the stranglehold of Intel and Advanced Micro Devices technology in that arena and modernizing the machines for the AI era.

Driven by the news, Intel and AMD dipped 3% in premarket trading.

Nio Inc delivered 37,705 vehicles in May, representing a 62.3% increase compared to the same month last year and a 28.44% rise from April. Nio Inc shares up 3%.

Xpeng reported delivering 32,158 vehicles in May, representing a 4.08% decrease compared to the same period last year. However, this figure marks a 3.70% increase from the previous month's deliveries. Xpeng up 5%.

Chinese EV maker Li Auto today announced that it delivered 33,350 vehicles in May 2026. As of May 31, 2026, Li Auto’s cumulative deliveries reached 1,702,792.
