Chip, storage shares jumped in overnight trading. ARM Holdings up over 8%; Credo up over 3%; UMC, Broadcom, SOXL up over 2%.

Cloud computing shares jumped in overnight trading. IBM up nearly 11%; ServiceNow, HPE up over 9%; Nebius, CoreWeave up nearly 4%.

AI Software stocks shined in overnight trading. Salesforce, Atlassian up around 6%; C3.ai, Figma, Docusign up over 2%.
