Nvidia stock rose another 2% in overnight trading. Media reports that the U.S. has signed off on sales to China for one of Nvidia’s more advanced chips used for artificial intelligence applications helped shares of the chip maker land another record close on Thursday.

Destiny Tech100 Inc surged 7.45% in overnight trading. The rally appears driven by multiple reports indicating SpaceX, which comprises over 50% of Destiny Tech100's portfolio, is moving forward with its IPO. According to news reports, SpaceX may release its prospectus as early as next week after confidentially filing in April, with plans to commence its investor roadshow in June.

Gemini Space Station shares rose about 22% in overnight trading. Gemini said Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss made a $100 million strategic investment in the crypto exchange through Winklevoss Capital Fund, buying Class A shares at $14 apiece using Bitcoin as consideration.

Figma shares rose over 115 in overnight trading as it raised its annual revenue forecast on Thursday, as growing adoption of its artificial intelligence tools helped convert more users to paid plans and grow the use of its design software across large corporate customers.

POET Technologies shares surged about 11% in overnight trading. POET Technologies and Lumilens announced a supply agreement establishing a joint development partnership for wafer-level photonic integration technology targeting AI infrastructure applications.
