Chip stocks rebounded in premarket trading. Direxion Daily Semiconductors Bull 3x Shares rose 6%; Micron and SanDisk rose 5%; Intel rose 4%; Western Digital, Qualcomm, and Marvell Technology rose 3%; AMD, Seagate, Nvidia, and Arm rose 2%.

Nextpower reported its fiscal fourth-quarter and full-year 2026 results, delivering a performance that comfortably exceeded analyst expectations on both the top and bottom lines. The solar tracker and energy technology company saw its shares jump 12.5% in premarket trading, reflecting strong investor sentiment following the release.

Oklo’s losses deepened in its latest quarter, but the nuclear start-up remains committed to building a first-of-its-kind powerhouse that just cleared a major regulatory hurdle. The shares dropped 1% in premarket trading.

Red Cat shares dropped 9.4% in premarket trading following the drone technology company’s announcement of a $200 million stock offering.
