Ultra AI Opportunities Inc. is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Company’s investment objective is to maximize its portfolio’s total return, principally by seeking capital gains on our equity and equity-related investments. The Company intend to invest 80% of our net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in companies whose primary business is in design, development, production, manufacture, implementation, and/or commercialization of artificial intelligence (AI) and/or AI infrastructure. It invests primarily in the equity and equity-related securities of private late-stage AI companies, located in the United States.
