The Company is formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, amalgamation, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. The Company identifies a potential initial business combination target that is focused on the creation or expansion of services and capabilities for, or related to, space-based infrastructure, with a particular emphasis on the aerospace and defense sectors. It focuses on sectors aligned with airborne and space platforms and remote sensors, defense technology, mobile communications, broadband connectivity, radar, electronic weapons and countermeasures, Internet of Things and artificial intelligence (AI) and Big Data analytics sectors. The Company has conducted no operations and has generated no revenues.
