BHAV Acquisition Corp is a blank check company. The Company is formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, amalgamation, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, recapitalization, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. The Company has not selected any business combination target and it has not, nor has anyone on its behalf, initiated any substantive discussions, directly or indirectly, with any business combination target. The Company's efforts to identify a prospective initial business combination target will not be limited to a particular industry, sector or geographic region. The Company intends to focus on opportunities to identify, acquire and operate a business in the advanced and industrial robotics, electric-vehicles (EVs), drones and unmanned-aerial-systems (UAS) or financial technology (fintech) industry. The Company has conducted no operations and has generated no revenues.
