Chinese ADRs and ETFs jumped in premarket trading. YINN up over 8%; Kingsoft Cloud, Trip.com, CWEB, Baidu up about 4%; Alibaba, JD.com up over 3%.

Optical stocks rallied in premarket trading. Fabrinet up over 4%; Lumentum up 3%; POET, Coherent, Corning up over 1%.

Drone makers jumped in premarket trading. Swarmer, Unusual Machines up over 3%; PDYN up 2%; SES, Ondas up over 1%.
