Hong Kong stocks extended losses. The Hang Seng Index (HSI) fell 1.31% to 25,698.42. The Hang Seng China Enterprises Index (HSCEI) retreated 1.69%, while the tech-heavy Hang Seng Tech Index (HSTECH) shed 2.15% to 5,087.35, signalling a cautious tone across blue chips and high-growth counters.

Meituan sank nearly 6%; Bilibili fell over 4%; Lenovo Group, XPeng, JD, Tencent down over 3%; Alibaba, Nio, Xiaomi down over 2%.
