Sanmina shares surged 13% in overnight trading following second quarter results that significantly exceeded Wall Street expectations, driven by stronger-than-anticipated demand for accelerated compute products from its ZT Systems acquisition.

Nucor beat Wall Street expectations for first-quarter revenue, helped by ​higher average selling prices and strong volumes ‌in its steel mills segment, sending its shares up 5.1% in overnight trading.

Shares of Rambus fell 11.4% in overnight trading after the company issued guidance for the second-quarter with a midpoint below Wall Street's expectations.

Erasca shares plunged 35% in overnight trading. The steep decline was triggered by a major intellectual property dispute filed by competitor Revolution Medicines.
