Microsoft and Tesla gained about 2% in premarket trading.

Nuclear energy stocks jumped again in premarket trading. NuScale Power rose 8%; Oklo rose 6%; NANO Nuclear Energy rose 5%; Lightbridge rose 4%; Centrus, Uranium, and Energy Fuels rose 3%; Cameco and Nexgen Energy rose 2%.

Software stocks gained again in premarket trading. Okta rose 4%; Oracle, ServiceNow, and Salesforce rose 3%; AppLovin, Figma, Snowflake, Upstart, Atlassian, Datadog, Adobe, and Unity rose 2%.
