Space stocks and ETFs rallied in overnight trading. VCX up over 3%; Planet Labs, Virgin Galatic, EchoStar up over 2%.

Elon Musk's SpaceX has confidentially filed for a U.S. initial public offering, two people familiar with the matter told Reuters on Wednesday, setting the stage for what could become the largest stock market listing on record.

Oil stocks fell in overnight trading. Occidental, Phillips 66, USO down over 1%.
