Prize Draw & Redemption

After each weekly deadline, one lucky winner will be randomly selected from eligible participants to win a Labubu blind box.

Winners will be announced at 18:00 (GMT+8) on the first business day of the following week (subject to the official event page).

Announcement will be posted on the official TradingKey event page.

Winners must contact us via direct message on social media within 5 business days after the announcement, providing valid full name, contact number, and delivery address.

Detailed Event Rules

1. Theme:

TradingKey August Exclusive: Experience “Star Investors” & Win a Labubu Blind Box Every Week!

2. Event Duration:

• Each week (Mon-Sun) constitutes an individual event cycle.
• Participation for each cycle closes at 23:59 (GMT+8) on Sunday.
• Winners will be announced at 18:00 (GMT+8) on the following Monday, subject to updates on the official event page.

3. Eligibility:

• Following TradingKey’s official social media accounts.
• Set your account to public.
• Be at least 18 years old with full legal capacity.
• Did not violate social media or event rules during this period.

4. How to Join:

During the event week, use the “Star Investors” tool via designated links on TradingKey’s social media or web page. After trying it, complete the social media interaction as described above to be considered a valid participant.

5. Draw Method:

One winner will be randomly selected weekly from all eligible participants. The draw process will be fair, impartial, and transparent.

6. Prize Redemption:

• Winners will be announced on the official TradingKey event page.
• Winners must contact us via direct message on social media within 5 business days after the announcement, providing valid full name, contact number, and delivery address.
• Failure to provide complete and accurate information within the stated timeframe, or provision of incorrect details resulting in delivery failure, will result in forfeiture of the prize. No reissuance or compensation will be provided.
• Upon receiving valid information, the prize will be dispatched within 10 working days.
• Shipping costs will be covered by TradingKey; however, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the recipient’s country are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Prize Details:

• One Labubu blind box (box will be sent at random; specific designs cannot be requested).
• The actual product prevails. No returns, exchanges, or substitutions are accepted for any reason, including damage during shipping or dissatisfaction with the item.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
