UL Solutions Q2 2026 earnings: Organic growth and adjusted margins improve
UL Solutions’ Q2 2026 revenue rose 5.2% to $816 million, with organic revenue growth of 6.6%. Diluted EPS increased to $1.21 from $0.45, but a gain on the sale of its Employee Health and Safety software business was a major driver of GAAP profit. Adjusted EBITDA grew 11.2% to $219 million and adjusted EBITDA margin expanded 140 basis points to 26.8%, supported by higher revenue, productivity, cost improvements and operating leverage. The 2026 outlook targets mid-single-digit constant-currency organic growth and an adjusted EBITDA margin of approximately 27.0%.

McDonald’s Q2 2026 Earnings: Revenue Grows as Comparable Sales Slow
McDonald’s Q2 2026 revenue rose 4% to $7.10 billion, while diluted EPS increased 6% to $3.32 and net income advanced 5% to $2.36 billion. Global comparable sales remained positive across all three segments but slowed to 1.3% from 3.8% a year earlier, with U.S. comparable sales up 0.8% as higher average checks were partly offset by lower guest counts.
