Supermicro Q4 FY2026 Earnings: Gross Margin Rebounds to 17.5%

Supermicro’s preliminary Q4 FY2026 results showed net sales of $11.12 billion, up 93% year over year, while diluted GAAP EPS rose to $1.62 from $0.31. GAAP gross margin expanded to 17.5% from 9.5%, lifting net income to $1.18 billion, and quarterly operating cash flow was $747 million. Investors now face a contrast between the Q4 margin recovery and a $6.81 billion full-year operating cash outflow.
