Kraft Heinz Q2 2026 earnings: Emerging-market growth cushions adjusted profit pressure

Kraft Heinz’s fiscal Q2 2026 net sales fell 1.4% to $6.262 billion, while adjusted EPS declined 18.8% to $0.56. A $7.4 billion non-cash impairment drove a $5.46 billion GAAP net loss, even as adjusted gross margin held flat at 34.1%. Emerging Markets delivered 10.4% reported growth, partly offsetting declines in North America and International Developed Markets. Year-to-date free cash flow rose 10.3% to $1.7 billion, and the company raised its organic sales outlook while increasing planned 2026 investments to about $700 million.
