Flexsteel Fiscal Q4 2026 Earnings: Tariff Refunds Lift GAAP Profit

Flexsteel’s fiscal Q4 2026 net sales rose 0.7% to $115.4 million, while GAAP diluted EPS increased to $2.58 from $1.89. A $9.0 million tariff refund lifted gross margin to 30.0% and GAAP operating margin to 14.2%, but adjusted operating margin fell to 7.1% from 9.0% and adjusted EPS declined to $1.33. Quarterly operating cash flow was $24.3 million, compared with $62.6 million of share repurchases. For fiscal Q1 2027, Flexsteel guided to $111 million-$115 million in sales and a 6.5%-7.0% GAAP operating margin.
