Premarket Movers | Lululemon Plunges 18% on Outlook Cut; Planet Labs Jumps 9%; Zscaler Drops over 3%; ChargePoint Jumps over 2%
Lululemon Athletica fell nearly 18% in premarket trading. The retailer slashed full-year revenue guidance to $10.35B–$10.50B and flagged softness in core leggings, with Q2 leggings sales down about 20%, and said it will step up marketing and seasonal clearance.

Planet Labs Pbc rose 9.2%. The satellite-imagery company reported adjusted EPS of $0.02 and revenue of $116.1 million, topping estimates, but guided Q3 revenue to $101–$105 million and FY2027 to $430–$441 million, below consensus.

Zscaler Inc. fell over 3%. The cybersecurity firm beat expectations with Q4 revenue of $898.2 million and adjusted EPS of $1.19, and lifted next-quarter revenue guidance to $935–$939 million.

Among other individual movers, ChargePoint Holdings Inc. climbed over 2%.
