TeraWulf Inc (NASDAQ:WULF) shares rose 10% in overnight trading after TeraWulf announced the acquisition of two strategically located brownfield infrastructure sites in Hawesville, Kentucky and Charles County, Maryland. The sites are expected to add approximately 1.5 gigawatts (GW) of capacity to the company’s infrastructure portfolio.

Elon Musk said on Monday that SpaceX has acquired his artificial-intelligence startup xAI in a record-setting deal that unifies Musk's AI and space ambitions by combining the rocket-and-satellite company with the maker of the Grok chatbot.

DXYZ shares jumped 8% on the news.

Palantir Technologies reported strong fourth-quarter earnings results Monday afternoon. Its shares were up 8% in overnight trading.

The rare earth stocks kept rally in overnight trading. TMC up 5%; USAR, CRML and MP up 3%; NB and UUUU up 2%.
