Xpeng shares slumped 7% in overnight trading after delivering 20,011 cars in Jan, down 34.07% year-on-year. Nio down 3%; Li Auto down 2%.

SanDisk jumped 5% in overnight trading, heading to all time new high.

Prison operators stocks gained . CoreCivic up 9%; Geo up 4%.
