$ANTA SPORTS(02020) shares rose 3% in Hong Kong. ANTA SPORTS announced an acquisition of 43.0148 million PUMA SE shares (29.06% of the entire issued share capital) from Artemis at a price of EUR35 per ordinary share, totaling EUR1.506 billion (around RMB12.278 billion).
