Novo Nordisk shares jumped nearly 10% in overnight trading. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved Novo Nordisk's weight-loss pill on Monday, giving the Danish drugmaker a leg up in the race to market a potent oral medication for shedding pounds as it looks to regain lost ground from rival Eli Lilly.

Shares of Zim Integrated Shipping Services shares rose 11% in overnight trading after the company said it had received several acquisition proposals.

The Israel-based logistics provider said the board of directors has received competitive proposals from multiple strategic partners to acquire the company. The proposals were part of a review of strategic alternatives that Zim has been undergoing.

Space stocks pulled back with Sidus Space down 35%; LUNR, RKLB down 5% each; Redwire down nearly 3%.
