Apparel retailer American Eagle Outfitters issued bullish holiday guidance and raised its full-year forecast after posting better-than-expected quarterly results. The shares surged 11.6%.

Marvell Technology stock jumped 10% after the chipmaker reported earnings and sales that exceeded Wall Street's targets for its fiscal third quarter. Marvell also announced a deal to acquire chip startup Celestial AI.

Asana shares jumped 5.3% after the work management platform provider reported third-quarter fiscal 2026 results that exceeded analyst expectations and raised its full-year outlook, driven by strong execution and momentum in its AI offerings.

Cybersecurity provider CrowdStrike raised its fiscal 2026 guidance, signaling resilient demand for the company’s expanding portfolio of artificial intelligence-enabled cybersecurity products. But the shares dropped 2%.

Identity management provider Okta topped Wall Street’s third-quarter estimates and issued an upbeat outlook, but shares fell 3.5% as the company did not provide guidance for fiscal 2027.

GitLab shares sank 8%. GitLab swung to a loss in its latest quarter despite posting double-digit sales gains. The company, which provides software-development tools, also named Jessica Ross its next chief financial officer.

Flash storage pioneer Pure Storage raised its full-year guidance, but its stock tumbled 11.3% after it failed to beat the market’s expectations in its latest quarterly earnings results.

Acadia Healthcare stock plunged 22.1% after the behavioral healthcare provider significantly increased its professional and general liability reserves and cut its 2025 financial outlook.
