Alphabet stock rebounded nearly 2% in overnight traing after falling 2.4% in regular trading. AI startup Anthropic is in talks with Google to secure additional computing power valued in the high tens of billions of dollars, Bloomberg News reported on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Chip stocks mostly fell in overnight trading. SOXL, Navitas, ON Semi, Microchip, Marvell down around 2%; STM down over 1%.

Crypto shares sank in overnight trading with Bitfarms down over 7%; Upexi down 5%; CleanSpark down over 4%; Riot Platforms, Strategy, TeraWulf down over 2%.

Rare earth stocks fell in overnight trading. Critical Metals down 9%; The Metals, UAMY down 4%; American Resources, USA Earth Earth down about 3%.
