Beyond Meat shares jumped another 15% in overnight trading. Beyond Meat soared 127.7% on Monday, with retail traders hoping for a turnaround — or more realistically, a powerful short squeeze — as the embattled plant-based meat producer scrambles to raise cash to protect its viability.

Lithium Americas jumped 7.2% in overnight trading. The company has received its first drawdown of $435 million from its $2.23 billion guaranteed loan from the U.S. Department of Energy Loan Programs Office under the Advanced Technology Vehicles Manufacturing Loan Program to finance the construction of the processing facilities at Thacker Pass, located in Humboldt County, Nevada.

Rare earth stocks gained in overnight trading as US and Australia signed critical-minerals agreement. United States Antimony rose 6%; NioCorp Developments rose 5%; Energy Fuels rose 4%; American Resources rose 2%; USA Rare Earth rose 1%.

Cleveland-Cliffs shares jumped another 6.1% in overnight trading. The company on Monday posted a third-quarter loss that was narrower than Wall Street estimates, as the company's automotive-grade steel business benefited from recent U.S. trade policies, sending its shares up 21.5%.

Proxy advisory firm Institutional Shareholder Services recommended investors vote down plans for AI company CoreWeave to buy infrastructure company Core Scientific in what was billed as a $9 billion deal. Core Scientific jumped 5.9% in overnight trading, while CoreWeave rose 1.4%.

According to Bloomberg, Oracle has sent a formal notice to developer Stack Infrastructure, seeking to delay payments if the project fails to become operational as planned in 2028. This move does not imply exiting its position as the primary tenant, nor does it mean a payment waiver has been granted. Oracle maintained that the project is proceeding according to schedule, but did not specifically address the notice itself.
