XPeng ADRs jumped another 5% in overnight trading after a 4.6% in prior trading session. He Xiaopeng, Chairman and CEO of XPeng mentioned during a speech at a forum that the group has been developing flying cars for 12 years, and it will truly mass produce and begin delivering the world's first "car + airplane" combination foldable flying car by 2026.

Meanwhile, XPeng and Alibaba Cloud formally signed a post-quantum security technology cooperation agreement at the Apsara Conference. The two companies announced that they will take post-quantum security algorithm projects as the foundation for joint research and expanded collaboration in automotive security algorithms, aiming to provide users with safer and more reliable services.

Rare Earth stocks jumped in overnight trading. The Metals up 4%; NioCorp, MP Materials up over 2%.

Investors' focus is shifting from massive AI orders to delivery timelines and capital recovery. According to Bloomberg, Oracle has sent a formal notice to developer Stack Infrastructure, seeking to delay payments if the project fails to become operational as planned in 2028. This move does not imply exiting its position as the primary tenant, nor does it mean a payment waiver has been granted. Oracle maintained that the project is proceeding according to schedule, but did not specifically address the notice itself.
