Auntea Jenny surged more than 13% in Hong Kong.

According to Auntea Jenny's previous interim report, referencing a report by Insight Consulting, China's lower-tier cities (Tier-3 and below) are expected to be the largest and fastest-growing segment in the freshly brewed tea market by gross merchandise value from 2023 to 2028, with tremendous growth potential. The group places great emphasis on lower-tier cities, boasting advantages in store coverage and supply chain networks. As of June 30, 2025, the group's stores in Tier-3 and below cities accounted for 51.1% of the total, up 0.8 percentage points year-on-year.

Hua Xin Securities pointed out that benefiting from the high prosperity of the freshly brewed tea industry and the delivery boom, Auntea Jenny achieved steady performance growth. In H1 2025, the company's sales to franchisees/franchise services/self-operated store revenues increased by 10%/3%/-10% year-on-year to RMB 1.471 billion/RMB 283 million/RMB 24 million, respectively. The significant growth in franchise income was mainly due to network expansion and GMV growth. As of June 30, 2025, the company's total number of stores was 9,436, a net increase of 999 compared to the beginning of the year and a 12% increase year-on-year; among them, the proportion in lower-tier cities increased by 1 percentage point to 51.12%. With the company's further penetration into lower-tier markets, its performance is expected to improve further.
