Rivian deliveries slightly beat estimates, shares down
Investing.com -- Rivian Automotive reported first-quarter vehicle deliveries of 8640, slightly above analysts’ estimates of 8610, while shares fell more than 4% in early trading
The electric vehicle maker also said it produced 14611 vehicles at its Normal, Illinois, facility during the quarter ended March 31.
Rivian (NASDAQ:RIVN) reaffirmed its full-year delivery guidance of 46000 to 51000 vehicles. Company added that its latest results were in line with prior expectations of around 14000 vehicles produced and about 8000 delivered.
The company also announced that it will release its first-quarter 2025 financial results on May 6 after market close.
