"Israel and Hezbollah agree to a ceasefire," senior US official tells Reuters

Citing a senior US official on Friday, Reuters reported that Israel and Hezbollah have agreed to a ceasefire at 4 p.m. local time on Friday.
"“We understand that after the exchange of fire earlier today, Israel and Hezbollah are now in a ceasefire," the official retierated and explained that negotiators for the US and Qataris worked out the deal with help from Iran.
Market reaction
The US Dollar Index inched slightly lower with the immediate reaction to this headline and it was last seen losing 0.05% on the day at 100.75.
