The Company is focused on creating value for its unitholders through disciplined capital allocation of the cash flows generated by its assets and is positioning itself to benefit from the expected long-term growth in the United States energy markets. The Company owns approximately 48.8% limited partner interest in XPLR OpCo and NextEra Energy Equity Partners, LP (NEE Equity) owns a noncontrolling 51.2% limited partner interest in XPLR OpCo.
