WisdomTree Q2 2026 Earnings: AUM Growth Drives Margin Expansion

WisdomTree (WT) reported second-quarter 2026 operating revenue of $177.2 million, up 57.3% year over year, while diluted EPS increased to $0.28 from $0.17. Ending AUM reached a record $162.9 billion, supported by the Atlantic House acquisition, market appreciation and $3.1 billion of net inflows. GAAP operating margin expanded to 40.5% from 30.8% as revenue grew faster than operating expenses, although higher interest expense and losses related to convertible-note repurchases remained pressures below operating income.
