Valvoline Fiscal Q3 2026 Earnings: Revenue Rises 24% on 8% Same-Store Sales Growth

Valvoline’s fiscal Q3 2026 net revenue rose 24% to $544.6 million, while diluted EPS from continuing operations increased 16% to $0.51. System-wide same-store sales grew 8.0%, supported by pricing, and adjusted EBITDA climbed 25% to $162.4 million.
