Vestis Fiscal Q3 2026 Earnings: Pricing and Cost Actions Expand Margins

Vestis reported fiscal Q3 2026 revenue of $661.7 million, down 1.8%, while diluted EPS improved to $0.08 from a $0.01 loss. Adjusted EBITDA rose to $80.9 million and margin expanded to 12.2% from 9.5% as pricing, mix, and transformation savings offset a 4.5% decline in processed volume. Operating cash flow reached $64.9 million, and Vestis raised fiscal 2026 free cash flow guidance to $160 million-$170 million while narrowing adjusted EBITDA guidance to $310 million-$315 million. The company also repaid $30 million of debt during the quarter.
