VSE Q2 2026 earnings: Acquisitions lift revenue and margins

VSE’s Q2 2026 earnings for the quarter ended June 30 delivered revenue of $449.1 million, up 65.0%, and diluted EPS of $0.91, up 37.9%. Organic revenue growth was approximately 14%, while PAG, NorthStar and Aero 3 contributed to reported growth. Adjusted EBITDA nearly doubled to $86.0 million, with margin expanding 320 basis points to 19.2%. Operating cash flow reached $27.6 million, although first-half free cash flow remained negative. VSE raised full-year revenue growth guidance to 61%–64% and adjusted EBITDA margin guidance to 18.7%–19.0%.
